Vendors may also provide business information, verification documents, equipment details, pricing, availability and images required to create and manage rental listings.
3. Permissions We Request
merise may request access to your Camera, Photos/Storage and Location only when required for features such as uploading documents, equipment images, profile photos and providing location-based rental services. These permissions can be managed through your device settings.
4. How We Use Your Information
Your information helps us create and manage accounts, verify vendors, review equipment listings, process bookings and payments, facilitate customer and vendor communication, improve platform performance, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.
5. Vendor Verification & Equipment Listing Review
Vendor registrations, submitted documents and equipment listings may be reviewed before approval. During the review process, merise may verify business information, review listing details and apply applicable platform commissions before listings become available to customers.
6. Booking & Payments
Booking information is shared only with the parties involved in fulfilling the rental. Online payments may be processed through authorized payment providers. merise does not intentionally store complete payment card information.
7. Notifications
We may send notifications related to account updates, booking requests, approvals, payments, security alerts and important platform announcements.
8. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with customers, vendors, authorized administrators, payment providers, cloud hosting providers and authorities where required by law.
